Because Asas do Mar - IOMA aims to promote the conservation of seabirds, sustainable development and the involvement of the public in these two objectives.
Members are motivated to share responsibility and united by the commitment to work together to achieve a common goal: the preservation of seabirds and their habitats.

Have you ever had a memorable encounter with a seabird, experienced something funny or had an inspiring moment that affected your life? Asas do Mar - IOMA would like to hear about your interactions with seabirds. We believe that your story can help bring people together, remind them of something similar or inspire them to seek a greater connection with seabirds.

We are keen to hear what you would like to know. Is there anything you would like to ask about seabirds, their habitats or their conservation status?
